- Take full ownership for offerings within the defined portfolio, driving impact and valued learning solutions, particularly focused on systemic solution design which is group-appropriate,advanced in terms of design and content.
- Lead and ensure collaborative and integrated solution design and delivery of offerings with Faculty team, Learning Operations, Talent and external providers.
- Facilitate programs as required
- Partnering with Learning Technology and with other internal and external partners, to enhance and improve the existing online program elements and also help develop new and innovative approaches to improve the learning experience for our staff.
- With Leadership Academy colleagues define and adhere to cross team processes for design, program and project management, including prioritization, design principles.
- Responsible for integrating both internal and external faculty into delivery of facilitator/trainer led sessions.
- Communications - working with internal and external partners to ensure that programs are marketed through the available channels, suggesting improvements and innovations where appropriate.
