- Solid understanding of master data concepts, data flow & profiling, data quality assessment, data integration and migration.
- Understanding of Data Architecture, Product Structuring, Supply Networks & Hierarchy configuration.
- Ability to understand transactional and master data errors, drive root cause analysis, and create preventative measures for future occurrences.
- Technical analysis and data manipulation skills.
- Knowledge of integration and impact of Master Data objects on subsequent processes.
- Proficiency in retail master data, expertise in assortment management and listing activity.
- Strong knowledge on Retail domain.
- Should be knowledgeable on additional activities such as Promo management, E2E P2P cycle, different document types and pricing conditions.
- Knowledge on Data console and import manager.
- Should be able to demonstrate data structures.
- Monitor Product feed as well as TD push to downstream systems and ensure timely closure.
- Define best practices in MDM processes and identify area of improvements.
- Work with connected business functions to suggest process improvements.
- Enforce MDM best practices to enable quick and effective responses.
- Track all activities and allocate in balanced manner within the team till delivery.
- Ensure new team members KT happens on time and join the pace with team.
- Identify process gaps, redundant activities and implement across the teams and update SOP.
- Propose automation solution for repetitive activities.
- Keep abreast of the latest changes in MDM processes.
- Get involved in new enhancements and developments for proper testing and successful rollout.
- Track knowledge gaps provide timely feedback and provide proper supervision for accurate and timely responses.
- Drive all process changes and redefine SOP for any changes/additions in data creation, flow, migration and product feed trigger.
- Train new users in existing and new processes.
- Be an advisor for new requirements and improvements needed.
- Contribute to developing talent within the team - training/coaching/ mentoring
- Contribute to a high degree of compliance with organizational culture initiatives such as - Norms and Guidelines -
- Engage with teams and contribute to developing functional competencies across the Site Ops department
