Job Purpose:
The incumbent in this job role will be responsible for driving learning governance / interface, critical capability building with focus on Upskilling and Reskilling, and learning culture building for the organization. In this role he/she will be required to work closely with the CLO, central CoE and all academies.
Job Accountabilities:
1) Support in setting the AOP for the learning function and cascading the same to the learning organization
2) Set the process and approach key aspects of capability building competencies and skills, Upskilling, Reskiling and work closely with CoE and academies in executing the same
3) Ensure articulation and execution of an effective governance process to ensure that the function is on track with respect to guiding principles and deliverables
4) Ensure availability of robust learning metrics and analytics and cascading the same to all required stakeholders
5) Ensure availability of updated learning processes to ensure standardized operations. Create and manage learning budgets with focus on efficiency and effectiveness, including bills management
6) Learning operations across digital and physical modes. Guide CoE and academies on best practices in the learning domain and implementing the same
7) Drive the capability building of the learning team and ensure the team is at required proficiency level across all capabilities
8) Drive learning culture building process through a well-articulated approach that brings alive learning as a way of life

Qualifications: MBA (Human Resource Management)
Experience : 8 12 yrs in the HR space; CoE experience, in L&D or related areas
