We have also hosted various sports events like Radio Mirchi Marathon, Puma Do You event where women attempted Guinness world record for holding a plank for a minute.  Job Role: General Manager - Sales and Operations   Key Responsibilities  Extensive knowledge of business development area - Sales, Conventions and Events, Revenue and PR & Marketing, which allows an in-depth understanding of customer needs and ensure these are constantly exceeded.  - Assist Business Head to deliver business and profits as per business plans   - Developing a commercial strategy covering all segments and channels for Jio Garden  - The role includes both identifying revenue-generating opportunities, as well as managing key client relationships, to maximize revenue and profit performance of Jio Garden  - Lead execution of the commercial strategy through management of the Sales, Conference& Events, Revenue and PR& Marketing teams  - On-going analysis of market trends and make recommendations to take full advantage of revenue opportunities  - Working with key accounts to develop event concepts; understand briefs and working with key stakeholders to develop creative event solutions  - Develop and Update systems and processes for excellent customer service  - Supervise and harmonize all functions and take lead for functions where multiple team members are required  - Network among the Industry and create a positive brand image of the company and also keep track of new developments  - To take lead in the delivery of all the support services required for successful organization of Events and Exhibitions and deliver excellent service to all the clients  - To prepare the Event Layouts, operation schedules to minimize the downtimes and offer complete event support services to the clients  - To deliver these all the operational services in time bound manner to all clients with the help of internal resources as well external agencies.  - Prepare the database of assets and utilities along with their vendors / suppliers as required for the events and exhibitions.  - Carry out conflict resolutions among various stake holders  Who Can Apply   - M.B.A / Post Graduate in Hospitality, with proven business development experience in a related field such as: Hospitality/ Event Management/ Convention / Exhibition venues   - Hands on experience in events conceptualization, set up, execution and customer experience management  - 10 -12 years of progressive business development experience with 7-8 years in a senior leadership role  - High interpersonal, communication & leadership skills  - Ability to build strong working relationships internally as well as externally
