Diversity and Inclusion Lead

Purpose

- To design, develop, implement and continuously improve RIL’s diversity strategies and programs.

Qualification

- Postgraduate degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

- Experience of ten years or more in progressive diversity and inclusion.

Knowledge/Skills

- Knowledge of employment laws in India.

- Project management experience, including simultaneously managing several projects that involve multiple contributors.

- Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous start up environment on complex multi-stakeholder issues

Job requirements:

- Devise strategy/policy to drive the organization’s overall diversity and inclusion strategy.

- Devise strategy with regards to talent acquisition in diverse groups to increase recognition of RIL as an employer of choice for diversity.

- Devise diversity and inclusion-related training.

- Monitoring and evaluation of enterprise-wide progress against Inclusion strategy and objectives.

- Identifying market best practices.

- Networking with organizations like NASSCOM, SHRM.
