What are we looking for ?
Rigi is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist cum HR Generalist who has hands-on experience in doing tech recruitments. The candidate must be familiar with various hiring and sourcing processes and should enable the organization to function smoothly and efficiently, alongside ensuring employee satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified tech and non-tech team to support the organization.
- Determine selection criteria and source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of hopeful candidates
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience is a must. Prior experience in early stage startups is a plus.
- Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hires for technology positions and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn and Github)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
