We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about solving high-impact problems in a fast-paced start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy. You will also be responsible for building products starting from conceptualization and ideation to building to shipping products and features with high quality and velocity. As a Product Manager, You will be part of a dynamic and growth-oriented environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. Responsibilities: - Define a product vision and build buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners - Understand customer experiences, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow the product and increase market share - Build superlative customer experiences and journeys to drive growth - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer needs - Work closely with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources - Drive product launches and GTM Requirements Requirements: - Minimum 3+ years of experience in building products / working with Product teams preferably in a tech startup working with distributed teams. - Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and evangelize the product strategy to the leadership -Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
