Profile :
- Independently work in markets (MEA, South Asia) for business development
- Revenue streams to be built for the services, solution platforms and partner offerings
- C- Level connect with Tier-1 & Tier-2 customer base in the market's operated
- Build strong partnership network in markets like MEA & work on alliances with key SI players
- Market entry strategy for new markets to be penetrated. Work towards creation of market dominance and thought leadership in incumbent markets
- Co-ordinate with marketing team for brand building and positioning, roadshows, interface with analyst & influencer community in the markets covered
- Interface with delivery teams to ensure revenue targets are achieved
- Work with management on pricing mechanisms/models for different markets covered
- Work with management towards building a strong sales organization
- Domain exposure in BFS sector preferred
Key Aspects of the profile which will be given due considerations for further assessment
- Talent should be able to talk through on the current landscape of BFSI Industry
- Talent will need to put up a small presentation of business development strategy for BFSI domain before the Telephonic or F2F discussion with Riflexions management( Will help steer the discussion in the right direction )
- Talent should be able to work ground up in joint collaboration with Directors in business development activities.
- Compensation package for the role may not exceed 30l annual package. The structuring of the compensation will only be discussion during the last phases of the interaction with the management.
