Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role as Head of the Project Management Office at Rieco Industries Limited located in Pune.

- The Head of the PMO will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Client project management activities, including planning, coordination, and execution of projects.

- The person will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring project deliverables are met within budget and timeline, and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Large experience in EPC projects tackling onsite activities as well.

- Knowledge of Core or Petrochemical Industry practices.

- Strong program management and communication skills.

- Excellent analytical skills.

- Proven experience in team management.

- Proficiency in budgeting and resource allocation.

- Experience in project management methodologies.

- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Qualifications in project management or related field.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Project Systems.
