About Role : Rieco Industries Ltd is seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Division to lead and expand our presence in the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical equipment industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the division, managing operations, and achieving growth targets within the pharmaceutical sector. As the Head of Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Equipment Division, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our position in the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical equipment market.



Responsibilities :

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the division's strategic plan, defining the vision, mission, and objectives in alignment with the company's overall goals.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets within the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of professionals within the division, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

- Sales and Marketing: Drive sales efforts, oversee marketing strategies, and build strong customer relationships to achieve revenue and market share targets.

- Operations Management: Oversee all division operations, including production, quality control, procurement, and logistics, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

- Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability.

- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all division activities adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
