Job Summary:

- As a Sales Manager at Ridhira Group, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing deals for residential and commercial properties.

- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, including site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and finalizing agreements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.

- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including local trends, regulations, and market dynamics.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
