Job Summary:
- As a Sales Manager at Ridhira Group, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets for our real estate projects.
- This role involves managing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and ensuring a seamless sales process.
- You will work closely with the marketing team, understand customer needs, and provide them with suitable property solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing deals for residential and commercial properties.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, including site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and finalizing agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market penetration and increase revenue.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and local real estate developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key performance indicators and market insights.
- Attend networking events, property exhibitions, and other related activities to build a strong network of prospects.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, including local trends, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel to meet clients as needed.
