About us : Richpanel is a fully remote SAAS startup with offices in USA, CANADA and India. In the 15 months since launch, we have grown to 1500+ E-commerce stores and raised a seed round from Sequoia. The Richpanel platform helps E-commerce businesses automate their customer service and scale their ops. We are solving a massive problem that can often hinder or accelerate the growth of an E-commerce businesses. Businesses spend over $100Bn in customer service each year and we are on a mission to eliminate the bulk of this using our self-service technology.
What you will do :
- Provide exemplary leadership through training, coaching and mentorship to the sales organisation and set a daily example of core values and commitment to culture
- Create and drive new and strategic plans to meet company growth and market share goals
- Execute global expansion strategy
- Coach, mentor and motivate your team of Account Executives on the sales process and quota achievement while being hands-on as well
- Consistently monitoring the sales activity of the team and tracking the results
- Conducting weekly forecasting meeting and coaching on strategies to create pipeline and drive closures
- Develop annual sales forecasts using a combination of top-down and bottom-up input
- Establish account relationships with key decision-makers when necessary to drive deals forward
- Reporting on sales activity, productivity and forecasting to senior sales management
- Own and achieve sales targets for new business sales for Ecommerce market
- Passionately lead, drive and deliver the vision and mission for the business to create a self-fulfilling prophecy of market leadership
- Drive growth of existing strategic accounts and acquire new enterprise customers
- Strive to keep ahead of industry trends, competitive activity and client opportunities
What we are looking for :
- 5-6 years with of software sales experience in an individual contributor role & 1-2+ years of experience in a Director role with similar responsibilities
- Experience in building and leading global sales organisations, with an ability to inspire and empower teams with the vast majority of them making plans
- Seasoned leader who has a proven track record in hiring, mentoring and coaching their teams to reach peak performance and is able to make swift and decisive changes as needed to address performance/fit issues
- Strong People Manager with a proven record of sales success in SaaS/Ecommerce background
- Successful track record of consistently hitting quota in a high-volume transaction sales environment
- Strong presentation/demonstration skills, communication, and written skills
- Proficiency in sales processes, for qualification, technical proofs, negotiation, on-boarding, -customer success and the full customer journey
- Exceptional cross-organisation collaboration and communication skills
- Experience devising sales strategy and developing/contributing to enablement programmes to bring new team members up to speed quickly
