Roles and Responsibilities: -

- Defining marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objectives

- Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation

- Build brand awareness and ensure that all communications align with the brand

- Drive investment in digital marketing and roll out technological upgrades.(strong knowledge of Digital marketing)

- Establish the marketing budget and track return on investment

- Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company's unique - voice-

- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)

- Create a solid network of strategic partnerships

- Take responsibility for the look and content of the website(s) and social media outlets, maximizing visitor conversion

- Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to come up with analysis & recommendations

- Commission market research and understand how markets are changing

- Communicate regularly with other departments and executives, reporting on marketing activity

- Build relationships with creative, digital and media agencies

- Contribute to product development

- Spot opportunities in the market and drive the growth of the business

- Listening- to the trends of the market and directing the market research efforts of the company
