Key Responsibilities:
1)Smooth running of accounting dept
- To prepare statutory and other compliance reports accurately and ontime.
- To assist the execution of annual audit and internal audit.
- To assist the construction of financial database and financial analysis
2) Month End Closure
- Having sufficient expertise on month end closure procedure.
- Provision working, prepaid entry and other month-end process to be done on timely basis
- Ensuring complete accounting for the month end
- Reason analysis for the change in books of accounts
- Preparing month end financials, cashflow, Working capital
3) General Ledger management
- To ensure general ledger reconcile with sub ledger.
- To set up costing structure properly and provide costing information accurately
- To manage monthly reconciliation with affiliated enterprise
3) Treasury management
- To manage cash flow including petty cash, checks, bank balances and ensure funds are sufficient, accurate, safe.
4) Capital tracking and assets management
- To implement local capital expenditure in line with Corporate policy and guidelines
- To control assets requisitions and gains/losses/damages.
- To manage assets bookkeeping record and conduct annual physical assets counting
5) Internal Control
- To monitor Financial policy and procedure implementation and ensure proper internal controls in place
- To conduct leased warehouse audit and submit audit report
- To conduct sales office audit and submit audit report
6) Taxes - To ensure all tax-related issues are properly dealt with - direct and indirect taxes
7) SAP System
- To be in charge of SAP ERP system implementation (accounting module)
- To oversee and manage day to day ERP system operation
- To ensure proper system administration and maintenance after implementation
8) People Development
- To effectively build up and develop accounting team's capability
Experience & Education:
- Finance & accounting degree from a recognized university
- Qualified CA preferred
- Minimum 4 - 6 years finance & accounting working experience, preferably in an MNC enterprise of which 2-3 years in supervisory or management position

- SAP experience
- Good organization, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good business English in speaking, writing and reading
