An overview of the responsibility areas for the Life Science & Healthcare Vertical - Lead India role would be as follows:
1. Business Growth - Global accounts portfolio in India
- Focus on New Business development of LS&H Vertical. .
- Additional business (Deep/Cross BU Sell) with the assigned customers for LH&S (New lanes / Product / Subsidiaries / Volumes / ILS approach)
- Potential opportunity mapping with all the existing accounts.
- Developing these customers from category C to B to A
2. Managing Stakeholders
- Manage and develop relationship with Key customer contacts .
- Coordinate with other regional and country leads for LS & H to collaborate leverage relationship for global customers.
- Coordinate with the other stakeholders ( Sales / Key Accounts) to drive portfolio mgmt. & development.
- Address all escalation to the respective departments ensuring earliest resolution of issues
3. MIS & Reporting
- Drive and participate in all the monthly / Quarterly review meetings for LS&H customers.
- Share & present development status of all these customers during monthly LS&H reviews.
- Update all the opportunities in the CRM & ensure opportunities are aligned with the budgets.
