Job Summary:

- Develop and implement the marketing and corporate communication plans that drive the demand for company products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the development and execution of marketing and corporate communication initiatives including product launches, sales collateral, tradeshows, campaigns, social site presence, company website, public relations, internal communication, regulatory communications and corporate events.

- Establish, own and drive a strategic internal and external communications strategy

- Ensure new communication campaigns and programs are aimed at reaching sales targets.

- Brand management and consistency across markets.

- Build and manage corporate communications and marketing budget.

- Media Planning & buying, negotiations with PR agencies, barter deals with Media houses etc.

- ATL, BTL and Digital marketing initiatives.

- Website designing & up-dations, Search Engine Optimisation, Google ads / online banners, social media marketing( FB, Twitter, Linked-in & You tube)

- Public Relations: Responsible for top managements Media Presence through interviews, articles, Interaction with journalists etc.

- Very close coordination with sales team.

- Coordination with senior leadership team
