RFID and Bid Manager


RFID Expert & Bid Manager:


- We are hiring for one of our clients who is into technology consulting and specializes in emerging Technologies like Blockchain, AI, ML, Cybersecurity, etc. for Gurgaon location.

- Candidate must have 5+ years of work experience in Solution Architect with RFID product.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architecture planning and execution related to RFID System Implementation

- Track portals for tenders from NHAI, IHMCL, State & Other tender websites. Stay up-to-date on all RFPs and track timelines

- Understand and analyze the details of an RFP and Scope of work

- Provide strong technical leadership, and provide sound technical advice to management

- Focus on the long-term architecture and implementation strategy for services and solutions that enable our operations

- Define, schedule, and manage the proposal preparation process

- Coordinate with sales for coordination of pre-bid meetings

- Work across teams to drive solutions to problems with high system interdependency

- Lead the architecture and oversee the development of cross functional, multi-platform IoT applications systems for RFID Solutions

- Promote the appropriate architecture and design principles and patterns to be leveraged for every technology-enabled solution using RFID

- Document and implement application architecture and define application components, platforms, interfaces, and development tools for RFID

- Participate in the development and review of proposal strategies and processes

- Assist sales managers in developing a proposal structure for RFID

- Assist in analyzing the RFP/bid requirements against the proposal outline to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the customer's needs.

- Re-write/edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, legal, and operations.

- Produce quality documentation, in accordance with the clients' requirements, and standards

- Work with multiple departments to obtain appropriate responses and collection for data as and when required

- Assist with bid pricing and submit pricing suggestions for review and approval

Key Skills:

- Proactive, great attention to detail, results-oriented problem solver for all RFID Solutions

- Project management in RFID, system analysis, and design experience are helpful.

- Experience in Continuous Integration/Deployment environment preferred

- Experience architecting and implementing distributed systems that process large data volumes for RFID

- Experience in building real-time interfaces between heterogeneous systems for RFID
