Job Summary:

As the AVP - Data Analyst, you will lead our data analytics team in harnessing the power of data to drive strategic business decisions and improve operational efficiency. You will oversee the development and implementation of data analytics strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to drive innovation and maximize the value of data across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Client Handling and Data Representation Skills

- Experience in Managing Team of at least 5-10 people in past

- Hands on to Conduct in-depth analysis of complex MySQL datasets to uncover trends, patters, and opportunities for optimization and growth for client

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and workflows

- Collaborate closely with leadership to develop and execute strategic objectives aligned with organizational goals

- Deliver high-quality work within established timelines, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies

Skills Required:

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in CS/IT from a premier college

- Proven working experience of 10 - 15 Years of Data and Business Analysis

- Hands on with MySQL for Guiding Team Members and delivering.

- Experience with Grafana / Metabase like Dashboarding Tools

- Technical expertise regarding Query Optimization and Best Practices for Dashboarding

- Strong Analytical Mindset to find the growth metrics

- Excellent with Number Crunching, worked on large datasets

- Excellent knowledge of statistics and experience on Excel

- Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Skills to interact and showcase findings to Clients with actionable insights
