Job Description:

- Responsible for achieving Sales / Revenue goals of the company

- Meet and exceed daily / monthly sales target

- Develop strategic Alliance and Relationship with Hotels that would benefit Reznext & the partners.

- Establish & Maintain significant relationships with senior level decision makers at Hotels.

- Involved in negotiating and crafting a win - win relationship for both RezNext & Hotels

- Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of Reznext’s offerings.

- Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities

Skills sought:

- Proven record of achieving and exceeding the sales target

- 15+ years management experience with leading Travel / Hospitality companies or OTA Experience.

- Superior presentation skills and written communication as well as problem solving skills at both a strategic and functional level

- Should have strong negotiation skills

- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills

- Should have handled a team of 20+ members

- Should be able to work under pressure with fluid and dynamic environment & deal with ambiguity
