RezNext, a real time B2B distribution company that bridges the gap between a hotel's reservation system and online booking channels. RezNext is a response to a long felt requirement by the hospitality industry for a comprehensive solution that allows them to leverage online channels - OTAs, GDS, central reservation system, hotel's web booking engine, mobile platform and other non-traditional channels - in a cost effective manner. RezNext works through a user-friendly control panel which currently allows users to dynamically manage distribution of hotel rooms. The solution also envisages distribution of MICE offerings, restaurant table space and other services in future phases.

Job Title: Vice President - Business Development

Report to: CEO

Dept: Business Development

Overview of Position:

- The primary responsibility of this role will be to generate revenue through business development to Hospitality clients, planning a marketing strategy for different types of industries.

- Acquisition of key accounts and account management

- They should have hands on experience of the wide range of marketing tools, be self-motivated and self- manage as well as working well as part of a small team.

- Must work with the Business Development Team and take lead in ensuring targets and timelines are met.

- Must have hands on experience in development and presenting the sale and marketing proposal and presentation to the clients.

Responsibility:

- To create customized marketing strategies, pricing strategy, competitive advantage, brand building, premium service niche etc. and accountable for strategies and marketing objectives

- Developing market intelligence, key accounts, competitor information.

- To manage and take responsibility of all clients, managing and delivering all aspects of their marketing requirement and building excellent client relations.

- Marketing (adding up new Hospitality groups) developing a database of existing as well as new clients.

- Should be able to generate and maintain strong client all database

- Develop marketing proposals as per clients requirements

- Maintaining payment data for all the clients (follow up for outstanding payments)

- Develop SLA for all the clients

- Meetings with senior staff for new ideas/concepts new trends up in the market

- Maintain a proper portfolio of accounts.

- Responsibility for team to maintain and monitoring MIS/Daily sales report/ customer satisfaction surveys.

Skills And Knowledge Educational Qualifications: Bachelor in any stream with MBA/PGDBM (Marketing) Travels and Tourism

Relevant Experience: 14-18 of experience in core sales and Marketing candidates with experience in travel and tourism industry will be preferred
