Job Description:

- Setting Rates, Forecasting, Positioning, Market area, Managing Reservations

- Responsible for revenue maximization.

- Receiving reports on competition on a daily basis and working on BAR rates for respective hotels.

- Develop strategic Alliance and Relationship with Hotels that would benefit Reznext

- Should sell the hotel rooms on highest rate near to the closing day to make our ARR high.

- Focusing on the Group Booking for all the coming months in tentative bases and confirm them near to the respective months.

- Regularly working on client benefits - privilege cards if anything offered from respective hotels.

- Confirm RFPs business for our booking flow for the 12 months as per contract.

- Working and updating online channels with rates without any rate difference (less than our competitors).

- Managing guest relationships

Skills sought:

- Proven record of achieving and exceeding the revenue target

- 5+ years management experience with leading Travel / Hospitality companies OTA Experience.

- Superior presentation skills and written communication as well as problem solving skills at both a strategic and functional level

- Should have strong negotiation skills

- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills

- Should be able to work under pressure with fluid and dynamic environment & deal with ambiguity
