Reynolds Capital - Associate Vice President - Corporate Finance

Reynolds Capital is a mid-market boutique Investment Banking organization based in Mumbai.

We are looking for an Associate Vice President for our Mumbai office with the experience of maximum five years. The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance. Candidates with experience in corporate finance and investment banking will be preferred.

Job Description:

- Candidate will be responsible for the preparation of basic documents like executive summary, CMA, financial model, project report and information memorandum etc.

- Candidate will be given a sole responsibility for the completion of one proposal at a time with the guidance of senior bankers.

- Candidate will be handling team of 3-4 Associates.

Requirements:

- Good understanding of the products offered by Banks and NBFCs

- Financial Skills - excellent understanding of financial statements, numbers and ratios. Experience in modelling

- Analytical / Problem solving skills, with a logical thought process - to sort, analyse and creatively interpret large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data

- Deep knowledge of a sector / geography - key drivers, dynamics, trends and indicators would be advantageous

- Good relationship management, and strong communication and presentation skills.
