Key Responsibilities:
- Rewards Management (50%): Conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Develop and implement rewards policies, including yearly compensation revision processes.
- Administer various rewards programs and ensure they align with company objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with rewards-related regulations and company policies.
- Central Communications (15%): Manage and coordinate central communications related to HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- HR Business Partner (5%): Act as an HR Business Partner for designated smaller functions, providing HR support and guidance.
- Address and resolve employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and practices.
- HR Projects (30%): Lead and manage employee surveys, including designing, distributing, and analyzing results to inform HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of HR experience with a focus on rewards and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
