MBA in HR from Tier 1 - 2019/2020/2021 batches (with at least 2-3 years in managing C&B for an MNC)
Reports to: HR Head
Work from office 5 days a week
- Coordinate with the Global Rewards team and national HR teams to ensure timely and effective deployment of all global processes.
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy of compensation data in collaboration with HRBPs.
- Work with business partners to evaluate and uphold competitive compensation and benefit programs that attract, retain, and inspire employees.
- Engage in external compensation and benefits benchmarking surveys.
- Oversee the implementation of the Global Rewards policy in India.
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting and managing MIS
- Guardian of HR Compensation and Benefits policies.
