- Responsible for overall compensation and benefits and assisting in the running of day-to-day operations and ensure all employees compensation & benefit scheme to be applied properly.
- Evaluating, implementing and managing compensation, incentive program, benefits plan, allowances
- Conduct analysis of compensation data to support the country.
- Participate in the Global Job Architecture project, responsible for India and other nearby countries
- Manage job evaluation and salary classification and advise the line Manager any salary issues including propose offer package for hiring, promotion, salary adjust etc.
- Handle for performance management process, merit increase planning process and bonus calculation.
- Participate in compensation and benefit and survey and analyze surveys to propose an appropriate compensation or benefit change within company.
- Coordinate and work with Finance team for, annual HR cost & budget or HR related data to facilitate on labor cost or budget.
- Responsible for HRIS systems (HR Database, Payroll interface, Leave application, Time Attendance system etc) and coordinate with responsible HR in each site on data update accurately through the HRIS system.
- Oversee the monthly payroll
