RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Dealing with global stakeholders & consultants

- Managing transitions of rewards/compensation benchmarking

- Handling reporting, analysis, maintaining dashboards, etc.

- Knitting team internally along with consultants

- Setting up teams through the transition

- Ensuring quality and timely delivery of all projects

- Networking to build a strong rapport with market leaders

- Continuous working towards process excellence and bringing in best practices within the team

REQUIREMENTS :

- At least 7 years of experience in a client servicing / HR consulting role - Compensation/Rewards

- Full-time Post-graduation

- Exceptional analytics and data mining skills

- Excellent Presentation and communication skills

- Impeccable reporting and management skills
