Role: Principal - Rewards Consulting - Manufacturing/FMCG Industry Lead
Client: Global Consulting Firm
Reporting directly into the Senior Principal, your responsibilities would include:
- Planning, developing & implementing C&B policies in line with the business plans of clients
- Analysing the bench marking data and drawing up remuneration proposals for each industry cluster, on an annual basis
- Designing Incentives across functions at all levels for clients
- Performing analysis of compensation programs or related projects which will support the Total Rewards / C&B Strategy of the Client Organisation
- Supporting Annual performance appraisal processes
- 50% of the KRA would include actively developing business of the firm within the specified industry assigned
- Project Management with the client on all C&B projects by guiding a team of consultants/senior consultants in the team
- Working very closely with the Talent Acquisition team of the client for job evaluations
The Successful Applicant :
- You should come with a minimum of 12 years in handling C&B
- Experience in Consulting organisations is a good to have
- You must hail from Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, FMCD or Consulting industry only
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- You must possess team management skills
