Reward Analyst-Upto 17 Lpa
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support the annual review and renewal of all benefits programs
- Contribute to benchmarking activities by supporting pay and benefits survey input and subsequent data extraction for later analysis
- Design and develop business reports to capture key metrics and trends for HR MIS
- Become an expert on the system/s supporting the Total Rewards.
Requirement :
- Must have experience of Reward
- Analytics experience is required.
