We are looking for Dynamic Sales Professional to lead our growth in Malaysia region

About the role

Job Responsibilities :

- The role would report to the Business Development Director (Singapore) and falls within the ambit of the Group CEO. The role offers a high degree of ownership and will drive R360 Group's international expansion, while working alongside the product, strategy and operations teams to create and execute the business development strategy for the Malaysia market.

- Identify and forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders preferably in the BFSI sector to expand business opportunities and enhance the company's market presence.

- Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities and develop new accounts, negotiate and close deals through solution-driven approaches and pitching.

- Establish call plans and follow-up strategies to generate leads and convert prospects.

- Lead strategy formulation and drive marketing initiatives, deliver presentations, and collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients

- Conduct thorough market analysis and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and utilize market insights to formulate proactive strategies on emerging opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline, or equivalent working experience.

- 2-4 years of experience within BFSI sector, preferably with expertise in rewards, loyalty programs, B2B sales, and consultative selling.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and achieve stretch targets.

- Proficiency in MS Office; fluency in English required, proficiency in Malay advantageous.

Additional Information:

- Applicant should have valid authorization to work in Malaysia

- Post Graduate Degree in Sales/Marketing is preferred
