Reverie - Strategy & Operations - IIM/XLRI/IIFT/JBIMS/NMIMS

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to :-

- Actively work with the Leaders of Reverie.

- They will also own writing reports that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis. He/she will be responsible for incorporating the feedback from leadership and drive course correction at the planning stage.

- Support in Market Research, making product and company road-map, devising a go-to-market strategy and executing it.

- Involved in all the levels of Product Development.

- Ability to analyse and present any form of data - Financial, legal, Technical in a way to seek necessary approvals from the CEO's office.

Leadership Skills :

- Ability to align cross-functional teams towards a common purpose. Ability to influence across the board, including senior leadership, peers and other stakeholders.

- Develop a road map and metrics to measure progress of the initiative they own.

Minimum Requirements :

- Full time MBA from top b-schools (IIMs, XLRI, IIFT, JBIMS, NMIMS) preferred batches would be 2013 - 2015

- 1+ years of experience in relevant skill set
