Mutual Fund Operations:
- Execute and oversee the daily operations related to mutual funds, including trade processing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to mutual fund transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of fund activities.
Revenue Reconciliation:
- Conduct daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliation of revenue streams, including fees, commissions, and other income sources.
- Investigate and resolve variances between expected and actual revenue figures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Generate reports and provide insights to management regarding revenue performance and trends.
Compliance And Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to mutual fund operations and revenue reconciliation.
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement controls to mitigate them effectively.
Client Support:
- Assist Wealth Management advisors and clients with inquiries related to mutual fund transactions, account statements, and other operational matters.
- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their investment portfolios and account activities.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support.
RM/SRM Communication:
- Maintain proactive communication with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs) to provide updates on their account opening status, address queries, and provide assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with RMs and SRMs to ensure seamless coordination between operations and client-facing teams, facilitating efficient client onboarding and service delivery.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate mutual fund operations and revenue reconciliation processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual efforts.
- Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to implement system enhancements and workflow improvements.
- Participate in projects aimed at optimizing operational workflows and enhancing the overall client experience.
