- Collaborate with Customer Care & Technical Department regarding eligibility, enrollment, and payment change, Service Issues to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experienced with clients from bidding/ proposal management/ presentation skills
- Stakeholder Management
- Responsible for resolving account issues to maintain strong customer relationships and arrive at a mutually beneficial solution for the customer and the Company.
