Revenue Manager - Online/eCommerce

Key Responsibilities :

- Building Cafe Revenue Capability & responsible for Cafe revenue (top line)

- Responsible for an increase in take rate for Cafes

- Hyperlocal marketing of Cafe's along with BTL activities

- Listing on all the online platforms of Zomato / EasyDiner / Dineout etc

- Running local and central campaigns for all the Cafes

People Responsibilities :

- Handling a team along with streamlining & collaborating extensively with all internal & external stakeholder - Revenue Ops, Central Ops, OSK Partners, Marketing

Key Performance Indicators :

- Overall Revenue of Cafes

- Revenue per Cafe

Technical Skills :

- Analytics

- Excel, SQL

- Sound understanding of numbers and data

- Identifying trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues

Behavioral Skills :

- Team management

- Stakeholder Management
