Revenue Manager- Hospitality/ Hotels/ Luxury Brands
We are currently looking to fill a Revenue Manager position with the topmost Hospitality services Conglomerate in India. The position is to be based in Mumbai.

Job Profile
- Monitors all segments booking pace in order to determine pricing and availability controls for all reservation distribution sources.
- Analysis of competitive set pricing & yield strategies and predict the comp set reaction to changes in the marketplace.
- Plays an active role in the Strategic Planning, Marketing Plan and budgeting processes.
- Prepares and Chairs weekly Revenue Maximization Meeting.
- Identify new areas for growth, develop project plan and implementation.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports and presentations (including Corporate, owner and Revenue meeting reports).
- Establish and implement pricing, yield, and selling strategies for the hotel, based on market factors and company guidelines to correlate with the hotels monthly, yearly and ongoing strategic plan.
- Manage Function space revenue management.
- Closely monitor competitive pricing including packages & promotions and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance.
- Monitor and maintain my Revenue Management System (IDeaS) to ensure its demand forecasting and pricing is as accurate as possible and supporting hotel strategies.
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly/annual maintenance tasks in the Price Maximization system (IDeaS).
- Setup the new promotion Including Rate & Package loading, Building Production Sheet and communicate to relevant operating departments.
- Submission of Weekly forecast for three weeks and Monthly twelve months rolling forecast.
- Provide rate structure to group sales team on all group leads by optimal usage of IDeaS tool and work to develop future strategy.
- Update and Analysis Restaurant Revenue Management report using Avero and introduce incremental revenue generators to Food & Beverage Department.
- Analyzing group activity, including denials, regrets, booking pace, wash, cut off enforcement and Group to rooms ratio.
- Participate in hotel leadership committees.
Role Requirements :
a. Education/Qualification: Post-graduate in Business Management or Hotel Management
b. Experience: 5 to 10 years- of relevant experience in Hotels, Hospitality, and Luxury brands
Salary: Around Rs.25.0 LPA, although not a limiting factor
Location: Mumbai
