To be able to close monthly revenue within the timelines prescribed
- To ensure timely and accurate bottoms up revenue forecasting
- To be able to discuss with the leadership on various aspects of revenue closure & forecasting.
- Identifying areas of revenue leakages and betterment of processes.
- To be actively a part of any new revenue product implementations
- To develop and ensure an end-to-end revenue assurance approach
- To support and ensure the Sarbanes-Oxley requirements & be compliant
- To ensure revenue assurance plays a key role in the company's long-term strategy
- To benchmark the success of revenue team using delivery KPI"s
Skill Sets
- Good working & subject knowledge on US GAAP - SOP 81-1, SOP 97-2 & SAB 104
- Fundamental knowledge of Accounting, Budgeting, Variance Analysis etc.
- Strong Working knowledge of Excel, Power point presentation etc.,
- Should be a self-driver person with an Analytical mindset
- Handling Audit & Revenue Reporting requirements
- Profiles from Big4 is preferable @this level.
Education Qualification and Experience
1. CA with 4-8 yrs of post qualification experience in areas of accounting and finance.
2. Experience in handling a revenue team of at least 4-5 people
3. Strong 360 degree leadership Skills
