- 8+ Years' experience ( 3-4 years in B2B Saas ).
- US Market preferred but UK Europe will also work.

- US Shift - 4 PM to 1 AM (work from Office) // 5 Days working.

Responsibilities:.
- Conduct outbound sales efforts including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to generate new leads and opportunities and take it to closure.
- Perform tailored demos to prospects, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Cos. platform.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance on pipeline management, deal closure, and customer relationship management.
- Drive initiatives to acquire new customers while ensuring high retention rates through effective account management and customer success practices.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market reach and drive revenue growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications:.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in SaaS sales in the North America market, preferably AI domain.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets, managing sales teams, and implementing scalable sales processes.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviour, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to leverage analytics and metrics to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, adaptable to change and ambiguity, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work in the US time zone.
