Job responsibilities :
- Deliver Mint display & created business revenue in tune with targets at identified yields for multiple categories
- Work with the internal stakeholders in the MM team to drive towards product targets month on month
- Business analysis to identify key opportunities and drive stakeholders towards desired results.
- In partnership with MM, strategizing with Media planners & buyers to deliver superior Marketing solutions and experience for clients under coverage
- Travel to regions to understand client requirements and support MM teams with the relevant Mint pitches
- Participate in regular business reviews to be on top of the business numbers- projections
- Understanding client business needs & seasonality in marketing - developing a plan to fulfill targets accordingly
- Research around competition intelligence, market intelligence, new trends in Print solutions and use the same to develop revenue strategy
- Devise creative ways of increasing revenue while delivering as per client expectations and adhering to internal processes
- Conceptualize & monetize Special Initiatives that could include Radio, Digital, on ground events etc
- Partner with senior leaders in new business opportunities/projects/central initiatives etc
Prior Role (s)/ Work Experience Preferred - detailed information about the required background
10-15 years of work experience with Post graduation from tier 1-2 schools preferred
Past experience : Marketing + Sales in FMCG/ Durables/Auto/BFSI/Ecommerce/Media- Radio ( well versed with understanding of brands/marketing concepts)
- Should have done sales stint for at least 2 years in his/her career
- Should be aware of the Indian Media Industry, Terms and Terminologies such as IRS, Tam etc
- Sound understanding of the digital space is a must
