What is MSME digital lending?
India has almost 60Mn MSMEs contributing about 10% of country's GDP. ~70-75% of them don't have access to formal credit ($8Tn opportunity). Loan processing time and lack of transparency has been the key issues.
We are planning to solve this issue through an end-to-end digital solution. We will act as a Fintech here which has both Fin (Balance sheet) and Tech (Platform).
Responsibilities:
- Two core components:
1. Define short term and long term MSME business development plan. Coordinate and execute the plan.
2. Optimize the revenue funnel and create a sustainable business
- Analyze customer insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits and customer feedback.
- Responsible for prioritizing growth initiatives and growth specific product improvements.
- Responsible for selection of key performance indicators, and work with Data Science/Analytics to develop reports on these metrics for consumption across the organization.
- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Optimize yield across partners through ROI analysis and campaign design.
- Monitoring/tracking nurturing, assistance and service-related queries are resolved within TAT by CC.
- Coordination with internal team/collection agency to ensure repayment.
What do you need to succeed?
- Experience- 4-6 yrs overall experience incl Business development and P&L lead in platform based Digital MSME or other lending products with fintech, leading banks or NBFCs.
