- Customer retention strategy across all aspects of online
- Identifying & delivering opportunities for revenue growth through digital channel
- Manage and report results for all marketing initiatives for planned traffic, engagement, budget and revenue goals
- Understand the client needs and translate said needs into actionable requirements
- Work closely with marketing team to identify content to be promoted, make recommendations on new content creation
- Will be working very closely with marketing team for the development of various landing pages & various crm /lms based integration
- Perform in-depth analysis of various campaigns run and provide recommendations on ways to improve the upcoming campaigns and achieve desired numbers
- Maintaining the upper funnel & lower funnel data at a campaign level for each channel
- Recommend upgrades or changes in operational processes, policies, procedures as needed to meet new business models/requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to clearly articulate complex business requirements in a variety of formats
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Knowledge about Mutual fund and digital acquisition / revenue management is a must
