Regional Revenue Head - Media Marketing

JOB SUMMARY

- The candidate will be responsible for developing business in all the categories for HT Media in South Region.

- He/she will need to identify the potential in the market, and figure out means to tap into it.

- He/she will need to put into action various strategies defined for the overall business.

- He/she should have a good exposure to various sales processes.

- He/she should have an experience of leading a team of Managers and their teams.

- Extensive proven BD skills, Strong commercial acumen

- B2B sales

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

- He/she will be reporting into the Regional Revenue Head Media Marketing - West & South.

- He/she will need to liaison with the Marketing, Circulation and Editorial teams.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Primary Responsibilities) - 

- Will be responsible for the business development (Revenue, Market share, and yields) for various HT group publications.

- Will be responsible for a team of Managers and Executives.

- Will need to map the market for potential business.

- Will need to look at new avenues of growth.

- He will have to drive proper processes to ensure effective working of various members within the team, and also across various functions.

- Should have hands-on on various sales tools e.g. Market share, yields etc

- Revenue: 100 - 120 crores p.a (South)

- Yrs of exp - Between 15 to 20 yrs

- Preferred from media background
