Qualification : Commerce Graduate, CA Desirable

Experience : 8-10 Yrs.

Industry : First Preference Fintech including Wallet companies

Second Preference Banks, Telco

Posting Location : Noida

Job Description :

- Timely RA Testing (Pre & post launch) of new and existing products

- Regular & timely Internal system reconciliations/validations to minimize revenue leakage. Service-wise transaction charges, transaction limits, payouts, wallets movement validations (Issues identification/correction/prevention)

- Regular product-wise Income vs cost comparison/analysis and advisory.

- Regular and timely reconciliations/settlements with all Aggregators and partner banks.

- Monthly Revenue reporting to Finance.

- Product-wise transactions (both success/failures) analysis and advisory.

- Timely offers/incentive/commission monthly payout calculations and processing through Finance.

- Fraud & chargeback complaints analysis, prevention & advisory.

- Timely Regulatory reporting to RBI/NPCI as per defined frequency.

- Support in Internal and statutory Audits completion.

- Tracking open issues and their escalation to management.

- Co-ordination with Internal Technical, product teams and external Aggregators and partner SPOC's.

- Strong data Analysis skills

- Good interpersonal & communication skills

- Self-starter.

- Regulatory compliances knowledge related to Fintech domain

- Digital payments knowledge

- Data Analysis & FMS tools knowledge ( Tableau, Power BI etc.)
