We are seeking an experienced Revenue Analyst / Revenue Manager to optimize revenue strategies, analyze market trends, and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in revenue management, pricing strategies, and property management systems (PMS) within the hotel, tourism, or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to, document, and manage customer support and enhancement requests.

- Conduct basic data analysis and occasional audits for system maintenance.

- Develop and maintain playbooks to document new processes.

- Identify and execute projects to enhance internal and external customer experience.

- Maintain and provide regular account updates within CRM and other applications.

- Drive customer usage and feature adoption to maximize platform benefits.

- Act as a liaison between internal departments, tracking issues to resolution.

- Continuously improve processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

- Develop pricing strategies by analyzing market trends, customer demand, and competitor pricing.

- Implement yield management techniques, optimizing pricing and inventory across distribution channels.

- Research and identify complex cause/effect scenarios to improve revenue performance.

- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, simplifying complex challenges based on client needs.

- Collaborate with global teams via multiple communication platforms.

- Work independently with ownership and accountability for all tasks, big or small.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong expertise in revenue management and pricing strategies.

- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) in the hotel, tourism, or hospitality industry.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct data analysis and audits.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and customer engagement strategies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.

- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients.

- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management / Revenue Analysis.
