Job Description :
- The Strategic Accounts Partner is primarily responsible for growth and retention of strategic accounts. This will include managing client relationship, conducting regular reviews with key client & operational stakeholders, leading the development of contracts, completing & maintaining white papers, updating CRM information for strategic accounts, identifying growth opportunities through cross-sell of new services.

They are looking for someone who can contribute to/head their Key Account Management team in the Indian Market.
Description :
Managing strategic account relationships
- Organise quarterly retention clinics for these accounts
- Agree a program of quarterly reviews with each operator for each contract; at each quarterly review, deep dive onto retention plans for contracts at risk in next 18 months.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to grow SAG accounts and improve margins
- Review top accounts with operations to plan pre-empt opportunities based on the contract end date
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and introduce new services and offerings (e.g., vending), thereby driving organic growth
- Loyalty / NPS Survey - Facilitate survey process and follow up on Antagonistic and Transnational surveys; ensure that all key client stakeholders are surveyed
Build organizational capability
- Develop training plan and conduct WAMS, Bid Writing, and Difficult Conversation training for all sectors
- Deliver annual refresher WAMS training for RMs and Unit Managers
