You will be closely working with CEO at technology friendly culture in RetailOn. You will facilitate to develop & introduce new technology and manage the same for the growth of current and future business.

- Passion for management of technology.

- Holds strong startup experience.

- Able to understand sophisticated eCommerce and M-commerce technological solution.

- Ability to evaluate technology to develop new business model.

- Understands competitor's technology and advice management about adoption new technology.

- Ability to work in high performance organization, undertake multiple tasks and respond well to pressure.

- Build trust and confidence amongst employees through utilizing effective collaboration and co-operation interventions.

- Decisive and able to delegate

Qualification:

- Bachelor/ Master degree in IT/CS essential

- Ph.D. /Post- Doctoral in IT/CS/ technology Management preferred.
