You will be closely working with Managing Director to lead the Marketing and Sales activities. You will be responsible for contacting prospective customers to evaluate new business opportunities for RetailOn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and influencing a cross functional team and key stake holders
- Leading revenue generation of on going and new brands.
- Help get RetailOn funded by angel/venture investors, banks and financial institutions
- Display exceptional level of understanding in marketing
- Strategize about online marketing and advertising, to achieve growth of the company.
- Suggest as to how to overcome the flaws and problems to scale of our business
- Analyze the competition and recommend effective strategies
- To realign response of the organization with reality
- Analyze, research, recommend, and implement processes and systems
- Prepare the organization to continuously adopt to change by use of creative excellence.
- Work with determination to build the strength, competitive advantage and success.
- Guide the Marketing team to conduct market research activities for information mining

- Experience in marketing in the eCommerce industry a huge plus but not a requirement
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Computer/IT Preferred.
- Post Graduate in MBA Marketing / MSc Marketing Preferred.
