Business Development Manager
You will be closely working with CEO & Founder to lead the sales activities. You will be responsible for contacting prospective customers to evaluate new business opportunities for RetailOn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead identification using Social Business Media, References, Conferences, Webinars, Business Networking and innovative ideas
- Engage CXO from Retail and IT Giants across India and Overseas for IT Solutions
- Consulting Retailers on Scope of work, eCommerce and mCommerce Technology
- Influence and Negotiate terms with Prospect
- Convert prospects in to RetailOn client considering RetailOn's profitability in business deals
- Identify related benefits for RetailOn, not limited to current assignments
- Discuss and get timely clearance on invoices
- Business Consulting for Clients to increase the deal size and explore new opportunities
- Build Professional relationship and personal connect with clients for References and long term client retention
- Strategize about online marketing and advertising, how to grow the company.
- Help define our go to market message, develop & execute our marketing plan
- Analyze the competition and recommend strategic moves for RetailOn
- Analyze, research, recommend, and implement processes and systems.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Founders team in growing a strong, integrated, and sustainable organization
- Carry out market research activities for information mining
- Use every skill you have acquired to promote the RetailOn

- Strong understanding of ecommerce social media and a belief in the power of utilizing it.
- Relishes and thrives in an unstructured environment.
- Knows how to set priorities and make things happen.

- Experience in marketing in the ecommerce industry a huge plus but not a requirement
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor degree in Computer/IT Preferred.
- Post Graduate in MBA Marketing or MSc Marketing Preferred.
Experience : min 2 years experience in IT Services
Plus MBA in marketing
