Position - RSPM (Field Force Manager)/ Retail Success Partner Manager

Location: Mumbai (entire western region - Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, CG, GOA )

Experience: 8-15 years

Education: Graduate/MBA

Reporting: RSP - Program Head

Reportee- s: Regional Program managers in each area (entire western region sales team)

Salary: 10 Lac -15 Lac

(Incentive + Mediclaim Excluded)

a. To Handle the Sales Force deputed at shops

b. Productivity Mapping and Controlling

c. Grievance Management

d. Training and Coordination

e. MIS
