Retail Store Manager - Electronics Appliances

We are Hiring Store Manager for Retail / Digital showroom for Gujarat (Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Palanpur, Valsad)

CTC up to 9.0 P.A.

- Have a great knowledege of customer care, EBITA, Inventory Management,Sales Vs Achievement .

- Handled staff of 30 plus team member with customers compliance log.

- Expert in handling all kind of Vendors of appliances and electronics.

- Also managed minimun turn over of 1cr of store.

To Manage and Review -

- Category sales Vs Target, Shrinkage Report, customer service management dashboard, Account sales with head cashier, opex, capex and markdown review, Store Ebita, Inventory, TI, competition price benchmarking

Handle

- Team from Valley to customer service and manage labour and legal compliance issues.

- Also managed minimum turn over of 1cr of store.

- Manage Store look and feel and customer service recovery.
