Retail Service Manager

Job Description:

1.The Retail service manager is responsible for driving service strategy and managing operations across all stores.

2.Identification of development areas, and recommending the training programs / interventions

3.Best practice sharing - within the circle and other circles

4.Handle escalation of any service related issues

5.Resolving specific issues in zone within specific timelines

6. Ensure employee satisfaction thereby reducing attrition

7.Ensure customer service delivery through CCEs

8.Achievement of service expansion targets through greater penetration and geographical expansion

9.Provide inputs to channel partners from service perspective on how to achieve ROI
