Job Description - Reporting into the Retail Director, you will be responsible for - Ensuring the proper execution of established policies, procedures and directives pertaining to store operations, visual merchandising, staff training and in store marketing.
- Assigning targets and directives for the region and ensuring their proper implementation.
- Developing forecasting plans for different stores across the region.
- Understanding the current market situation and provide regular updates to the Retail Director
- Visiting Franchisee stores to ensure productivity and proper implementation of overall company objectives. Motivating and training the retail store teams.
The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate with around 10-15 years of experience in core retail operations and management. Prior experience of having worked in the fashion, apparel or footwear retail industry is mandatory. Furthermore, the client is looking for someone with a strong analytical ability,excellent communication,interpersonal skills and a good understanding of Andhra Pradesh territory.
